You can pre-pay by mailing a money order. Include a note with your
name and your preferred contact info if you would like to be notified when
your payment is received. (Please note that First Class mail can take up
to 5 days to reach me.  Depending on when and where it was mailed so
you may want to consider Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days). 
The choice is yours.

Do you accept other methods of payment?

No. We do not bill to your phone, mail invoices or allow
payments to be made at a later date.
